Subscription conditions
1. Scope and validity of the Terms
1.1. The Terms and Conditions apply to the legal relations between the person (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and AS Agdeck (hereinafter referred to as Jõhekääru), the operator of the shopping environmentwww.joepuhkekeskus.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Jõekääru booking environment), regarding the purchase of services and products from the Jõekääru e-shop.
1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of services and products from Jõekääru e-shop are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 A person who is at least 18 years of age and has the legal capacity to act may transact on the e-shop or Jõekääru website. The person whose bank account or credit card is used to make the payment is liable for the consequences of orders placed by a non-compliant person.

2. Price
2.1. All prices are in euros and include the value added tax (VAT) applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
Payment terms
3. Payment for products
3.1 For the service/product purchased by the Customer from the e-shop or Jõekääru’s website, the total cost of the selected service must be paid. By paying the fee, the customer confirms that he/she has read and accepts all the terms and conditions made available by the service provider through the e-shop.
Cancellation of order and refunds
4. Cancellation and refund of the order
4.1 Cancellation of a transaction from the e-shop or the Jõekääru website is subject to the agreement of AS Agdeck.
Confidentiality
5. AS Agdeck is the controller of personal data.
6.The personal data provided in the e-shop or on the Jõekääru website when placing an order and making a purchase are confidential and are processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Act. AS Agdeck does not disclose the Customer’s personal data to other parties without the Customer’s consent.
Other
6. Disputes between the customer and AS Agdeck arising from ordering and purchasing services through the e-shop shall be resolved through negotiations. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the Customer has the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or the Viru County Court to protect his/her rights. The resolution of disputes and issues not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
